YN, YK series gear reducer is JINXIANG design and manufacture of one of the series of hard tooth surface gear products, accord with YB/T050-1993 standard for metallurgical equipment use YNK gear reducer. The product adopts the modular design, the gear pair is made of high quality high strength low carbon alloy steel, carburizing, quenching, tooth surface grinding, 54-62 HRC hardness, precision level 6, enclosure is made of high quality low carbon steel welded structure. With small volume, light weight, large capacity, high transmission efficiency, reliable operation, long service life, stable transmission, low noise advantages. YNK gearbox can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, transportation, lifting, cement, food, plastics, construction, chemical, textile, light industry, engineering machinery, energy, etc.

Working conditions shall meet the following requirements:

A) highest input shaft speed is not more than 1500 RPM.B) the gear meshing linear speed is not more than 25 m/s;C) working environment temperature was minus 40 ~ 50 ºC.D) motor startup torque for the reducer twice the rated torque.
